Shipping Information
We process and ship orders from our workshop in Livermore, CA, with the care of assembling a custom keyboard.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Note: We ship worldwide, with the exception of some remote areas and specific Asian countries due to shipping restrictions. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind every switch, keyboard, and accessory we sell. However, we understand that sometimes a product might not meet your exacting standards or specific build requirements.
Policy Overview
- Return/Exchange Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all included parts and documentation
- Process: Initiate by emailing our support team (details below)
- Refunds: Issued to original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error
The Return & Exchange Process
We’ve streamlined our process to be as efficient as lubing a set of linear switches.
Email our enthusiast-led support team at [email protected] with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request”. Use the template provided in Section 3 of our main policy page to ensure we have all necessary information.
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, our return address, and any specific instructions. Do not ship items back without an RMA number—returns without an RMA cannot be processed.
Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging with all accessories and manuals. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.

Once received at our workshop, our team will inspect your return within 3-5 business days. We’ll then notify you via email and proceed with your chosen resolution: refund, exchange, or store credit.
Refund Timelines & Methods
We process refunds with the same speed we aim for in our “Fast & Secure Checkout”.
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after inspection. Timing depends on your bank’s policies.
- PayPal: 3-7 business days after inspection, directly back to your PayPal account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For exchanges due to our error, we cover the replacement shipping cost.
Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
To ensure the safety and integrity of products for all enthusiasts, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged (unless they arrive defective or damaged):
- Opened or Used Lubricants (from the “Lubricants” menu): For hygiene and safety reasons, any lubricant container with a broken seal is non-returnable.
- Opened Switch Packs (from the “Switches” menu): Individual switches removed from original packaging or from opened packs cannot be returned due to inability to verify condition and count.
- Clearance Items (from the “Clearance” menu): All sales on clearance items are final. These are deeply discounted to make room for new inventory.
- Custom or Built Items: Any product that has been soldered, modified, or assembled beyond initial inspection.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, is defective, or is the incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label (if needed) and expedite a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Photos of the product and packaging are extremely helpful for our quality control process.
