Where do you ship from, and how long does processing take?
All orders are hand-checked and packed with care at our warehouse in Livermore, California, USA. Processing takes 1-2 business days after payment confirmation before your package is handed to the carrier.
What are my shipping options and costs?
🚀 Standard Shipping (Recommended): $12.95 USD flat rate via DHL/FedEx. Total delivery time is 10-15 days after shipment. Includes full tracking and faster clearance.

🐢 Free Shipping (Economy): FREE on orders over $50 USD via EMS. Total delivery time is 15-25 days after shipment. Trackable with slightly longer transit times.

Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide! However, due to current logistical constraints, we are unable to ship to most parts of Asia and a few remote regions. The best way to check is to enter your address at checkout—the system will automatically validate it. If unsure, email us before ordering.
